Process of careful inspection by QC

Basic #inspection

After the production, our production team is running a basic QC inspection. To see if this batch is qualified.

By checking the basic specification for the parts, we can sort out the defective parts in the first place. Checking if the surface is wrapped, welding is tight, and if any dirt or marks.

To do so is not only to save time for our QC team to do the inspection, but also can help to eliminate some basic issues like surface marks. This process is able to help us reduce lead time and improve the #AQL process.
